Refunds are available within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, the service must not have been fully utilized or completed.
Partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for services partially rendered.
Non-Refundable Services
Services rendered in full or completed projects are not eligible for refunds.
Custom services or products specifically tailored to the client’s needs are non-refundable.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@toystack.ai with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the request.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
Cancellation Policy
Service Subscription Cancellations
Customers may cancel their service subscriptions at any time by accessing their account settings or contacting customer support at support@toystack.ai.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Project-Based Service Cancellations
For project-based services, cancellations must be requested in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled start date of the project.
If the cancellation request is made after the project has commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
Force Majeure
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technical failures, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to receive a full refund.
